The 2026 World Series of Poker became a landmark edition for female players, with five women winning bracelets in open events.
The final total was confirmed after the online bracelet results were published. Alongside the winner of the Ladies Championship, five female players succeeded in tournaments open to the entire field.

Three women secured bracelets in live tournaments
Yanting Jiang completed one of the most memorable victories of the series by winning the $3,000 Mid Stakes Championship.
She overcame a record field to collect a seven figure prize, with the triumph arriving on her birthday. Her victory also helped bring the live portion of the 2026 WSOP to a memorable conclusion.
Michelle Chin added another important result by winning the $1,500 Triple Draw tournament. Her success made her the first woman in 11 years to claim a bracelet in an open mixed games event.
Kristen Foxen also strengthened her place in poker history by earning the sixth WSOP bracelet of her career. The result added to an already impressive tournament record and confirmed her status as one of the most accomplished No Limit Hold’em players of her generation.
These three victories had already attracted considerable attention before the complete list of online winners became available.
Two online victories completed the record total
The publication of the online results revealed that Sasha Mahabir and Krista Gifford had also won open bracelets during the 2026 series.
Their successes increased the number of female winners in open events to five. That total matched the previous record established in 2024.
The 2024 mark was set by Vivien Saliba, Maria Konnikova, Cherish Andrews, Michelle Lawson and Kristen Foxen. Saliba earned her bracelet in a live event, while the other four victories came through online tournaments.
The 2026 results were distributed more evenly, with three women winning live bracelets and another two succeeding online.
Female players enjoyed a landmark WSOP
The five open bracelet victories were not the only important result for women at this year’s series.
The Ladies Championship also produced record participation, standing out during an edition in which several other tournaments experienced smaller fields.
