Calvin Anderson has become the latest player to win multiple bracelets at the 2026 World Series of Poker. His victory in the $10,000 HORSE Championship gave him $413,580 and moved his career WSOP bracelet total to seven.
Every WSOP usually produces at least one player who wins two bracelets in the same summer. Sometimes, there are several. Naoya Kihara was the first to achieve it this year after winning two $10,000 championship events in a row. Anderson has now matched that feat with another back to back title run.
Anderson Beats a Strong HORSE Championship Field
The $10,000 HORSE Championship drew 189 entries and ended with Anderson on top of a tough field. The final table featured several major names, including Josh Arieh, Robert Mizrachi and Chris Brewer.
Anderson’s latest win came shortly after his success in the $10,000 Razz Championship last week. That result had already given him one of the standout performances of the series, but the HORSE title pushed his summer into even stronger territory.
Seventh Bracelet Puts Anderson Closer to Elite Company
The HORSE Championship win is Anderson’s seventh career WSOP bracelet. His record now covers a wide range of formats, with titles in mixed games, Razz, Stud Hi Lo, Pot Limit Omaha, No Limit Hold’em and online events.
Several established professionals have moved closer to double digit bracelet totals this year, and Anderson now belongs firmly in that group. With his mixed game skill and many years still ahead of him at the tables, he has become one of the players worth watching in the long term bracelet race.
He will also be a key name to follow in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, which was already underway at the time of writing.
