The 2026 poker festival in Barcelona is in its closing stretch. The €5,300 Main Event is only a couple of days from naming a champion. While that field kept shrinking, Latvia’s Ralfs Blumbergs stacked the €10,250 Pot Limit Omaha unlimited reentry. Including reentries, 122 players sat down at Casino Barcelona for a €1,183,400 prize pool. Blumbergs took the largest share, €303,300.

Seventeen players cashed, among them Laszlo Bujtas and Niklas Astedt. Filip Lovric of Sweden went out in eighth and left seven for the official final table.
Imad Derwiche of France was first to leave the final. His €48,500 payday pushed lifetime earnings close to $5.2 million. Rasmus Larsen, Biao Ding and Tommi Lankinen followed. Vito Recchimurzo’s exit sent the event heads up. Blumbergs then beat Finnish PLO specialist Markus Ristola. The winner collected €303,300. Ristola took €189,400.
Dwan wins a compact €25,000 with a lopsided payout
A €25,000 no limit hold’em one day event drew only eight players including one reentry, so the pool was €192,080. Three spots were paid and the money was heavily tilted to first. Kayhan Mokri finished third for €27,972. Klemens Roiter took €30,012 in second. Jamie Dwan won €134,096 plus a trophy and kept a strong run going.

Puczylowski and Leknes add Barcelona titles
In the €1,100 no limit hold’em, Marcin Puczylowski of Poland added a Barcelona trophy and €76,960, his third largest live score. Early this year he had already won a circuit high roller in Marrakech for the equivalent of $147,596. Here 402 entries built a €385,920 pool and 55 players were paid, including Leo Worthington Leese, Keith Johnson, Eugene Katchalov and Valentino Konakchiev. Marc MacDonnell, Priyan De Mel and David Docherty went out sixth through fourth. After Andre Sargento Esteves left in third, Puczylowski beat Darius Narmontas heads up.

Tobias Leknes, known online as Senkel92, won the €5,200 T.O.R.S.E. The mixed game specialist has a long list of major online titles and nearly two dozen live mixed game wins. In Barcelona he topped a 25 entry field and took €52,100 from a €121,250 pool, a useful boost before the next wave of online championships.
